Y eso que al principio no me dieron muchas ganas de seguir leyéndolo porque los autores son cristianos y en el libro se hace referencia a menudo a ciertos versículos de la Biblia y pensé que sería el típico libro teórico-y- poco-práctico-cristiano (sin ánimo de ofender).Pero lo cierto es que la manera de estos autores va más allá de religión y de la cristiandad (creo que eso es realmente aprender las enseñanzas de Jesucristo y hacerlas útil para el resto de la humanidad).MUCHAS GRACIAS. Yo recomiendo este libro a todas esas personas que han pensado que están mal en tantas cosas de su vida. Específicamente en una relación en la que tu pareja dice que te ama pero te hace sentir tan vacía, triste, sola, y hasta te afecta psicológicamente al punto de no poder funcionar. Recomiendo este libro a quienes tienen situaciones con su familia, su madre/padre, asuntos relacionados a su trabajo, y todo tipo de interacción que se hace con otro ser humano. Cuando estás con dudas, confundido y tu mente te atormenta pensando si estás o no tomando la desición correcta, pero sobre todas las cosas si estás consciente de que existe DIOS y que él quiere lo mejor para todos nosotros. Los límites son importantes, tenerlos y respetarlos, este libro todos deberían leerlo. (Las cuatro estrellas son por que tiene algunos errores de ortografía y gramático, algo mínimo pero lo hay). Pero este libro es MAGNÍFICO, wow. Por favor, cómpralo y leelo.

Este libro es excelente! La primera vez que supe de este libro fue en la versión original en inglés y cuando lo vi en español, que es mi idioma nativo, supe que ya no había excusa para no comprarlo. Al principio hace hincapié en las citas bíblicas en las que se basa el libro, pero a medida que se avanza los autores hacen unos análisis detallados y profundos de cada cosa que puede surgir en el camino hasta alcanzar el desarrollo de unos límites sanos. Muchios de ellos son confrontados para bien o para mal con las citas bíblicas. Al terminar de leer el libro se siente una extraña y agradable sensación de fortaleza y mucha claridad con respecto al tema. El único punto que creo que se debió desarrollar con mas detalle es el que se refiere al principio de la sumisión de la mujer; sin embargo, lo poco que menciona, lo hace de manera justa para el hombre y la mujer. Es casi inevitable comenzar a poner límites inmediatamente.

Excelente libro, como puede ser que en dos simples palabras haya tanto, en el Sí y el No, aborda todas las áreas de la vida, es fácil poder identificarse en mas de un caso, me ha ayudado a identificar las áreas en las cuales tengo que poner límites, totalmente recomendado!

Este libro es para todos ustedes que alguna vez han sentido que todos se aprovechan de tu persona, y sientes que no puedes defenderte por querer ser un Buen cristiano. Este increible libro Usa la biblia como referencia, y asi podras defenderte de quien solo te usa. Savias que la biblia dice que cada quien cargue con sus pruebas, y no dejarles la carga a otros? Tambien nos dice que el que no trabaja que no coma. Y que real mente hacemos el mal en ayudar a jente que no se ayuda a ellos mismos. Me encanto este libro.

Toda esta enseñanza es básica para los jóvenes antes del matrimonio. Tienen una orientación completa para ellos como pareja, como padres, como hijos, como profesionales ,con sus amistades y para el ocaso de sus vidas. Felicidades a los autores.

Me parece una lectura valiosa para cualquier persona que desee tener control.sobre su vida y disfrutar de todo lo que Dios le ha dado: tiempo, recursos, talentos y familia. Ojalá pudiera ser más extenso o específico pero sin duda es un excelente punto de partida.

Tacolicious by Sara Deseran promised to contain festive recipes for tacos, snacks, cocktails and more. The pictures look delicious. The ideas sound fabulous. But the recipes seem too difficult and the ingredients too bizarre for the average home cook. For the "foodies" out there, this is the perfect book for you to challenge your pallet and your kitchen skills. For those of us hoping to only add a little zing to family taco night, you might want to look elsewhere.The hardback book was filled with yummy looking colorful pictures. I also like the fact that it didn't have a dust jacket, like most hard back cookbooks. I find that my cookbooks get messy in the kitchen - the dust jacket is usually the first thing to get thrown out, and I am left with an ugly plain book. That is not the case with Tacolicious. The fun image on the front of the book is printed directly on the canvas cover.I received this book from the Blogging for Books program in exchange for this review.

We made 7 recipes and everything was delicious. We made Mama Virginia's Chile Verde Taco - delicious and a husband favorite; Frijoles Borrachos - sooo good!; Legendary Orange Sauce - a must do!; Roasted Tomato-Mint Salsa - different and refreshing; Cebollitas - they came out tough - won't make again to eat whole as they recommend - we chopped them to sprinkle on the tacos; Three-chile Bistec adobado taco w/cebollitas - I suggest using a fattier meat - flank steak was tough. I also suspect using a fattier cut (chuck maybe?) the wonderful chile paste would penetrate the meat better. We marinated over-night and there was not the expected flavor. AND let's not forget the Tacolicious Margaritas - Bueno! This book will not disappoint!!! A winner!

I grew up in San Antonio, TX where tequila is in our water supply and we ate bean and cheese tacos when we had the flu. I know a thing or two about good tacos. When we moved to San Francisco, I had a bit of an obsession about learning to make the tacos I grew up with. We went to several highly recommended taquerias before discovering Tacolicious and Primavera (at the Saturday Farmer's Market and El Molino in Sonoma).I was sceptical when I saw a tacolicious cookbook, but decided to give it a try. That fabulous taco does not always translate EASILY to your dinner table. The recipes are practical and easy to make. Tacolicious Cookbook is a strong recommendation.

Very attractive book, has great pics and the recipes so far have been really good. I have made a couple of the salsas and tacos and all have been great. The Tamarind Habanero glaze was good both on ribs and chicken wings. I found it's also a great book to get introduced to using dried chiles, including common types of chiles. I am now stocked up so I can make most recipes in the book without having to hunt down the chiles first. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.

This book offers generations of wisdom in technique and mastery of Mexican cuisine. This book offers a great collection of top-notch salsas, slaws, and side dishes. The recipes are very well balanced and are obviously culminated over many generations. I have been working to master Mexican cooking over the past few years. Of the many books that I've studied, this has been one of the most beneficial. If you're looking for a really good place to start or taking it to the next level, you can't go wrong with this book. It's in my library for keeps!

I suppose I am a bit biased given my obsession with the Tacolicious restaurants, but I found this cookbook to be extremely useful and easy to follow. It is very satisfying being able to make my favorite tacos and side dishes at home!

I love this book. And it's not just tacos!! There are drinks and sides as well as some spice mix recipes. It would definitely make a good housewarming gift.

I will prepare many recipes from this interesting cookbook but not with any chile hotter than a poblano. The harsh hot peppers give me too juch distress so I trust that the flavors come from a skillfull combination of fresh ingredients instead of heat

I bought this book as a gift for Christmas. I was able just look at it for a bit . Nice recipes and not too difficult to prepare. I may have to buy one for me
