I'm a bit puzzled as to why the ratings for this cookbook are so high. So far, I have made 2 recipes from it. So far, both have had mistakes in the editing. For example, the ingredients are listed with an ingredient "separated" but the directions just say to dump everything together. There are no recipe pictures unless you count the ones on the cover.I really like the idea of this cookbook. I just think they could have done a better job with it. If nothing else, the directions should make sense and follow the ingredient list.
I am the single mom of 3 adolescent kids, so being on the go is my reality. This book filled with great ideas, tips and recipes for cooking homemade, healthy meals, without eating the same chicken, sweet potato and broccoli dish day after day. It includes meal prep ideas and recipes for breakfast, vegetarian dishes, salads, veggies, fish, beef, poultry and snacks; all types of dishes are included. I love that she teaches how to meal prep with both nourishing foods and variety in mind, and I love that many of the dishes can be frozen and reheated for quick meals when I have no time to cook. Highly recommended!

I was distracted by the wording used, Grab, Throw, Toss, Pop. I think it would help if the descriptions were edited. Seemed like the kitchen would have been a disaster it you grabbed, tossed, threw, and popped everything. And I think some of the directions needed more if it is for beginner cooks. I am not a new cook and was able to use the recipes.
