This is one of the best children's novels I have read. My 7 year old son LOVED it and so did I! I was disappointed when he read some with a babysitter because I didn't want to miss the story. I highly recommend it. Great for all kids, girls and boys!

This first Story Pirates book is EXCELLENT! If you like the Story Pirates, this is a must buy.I read this story to my 6-year-old son and 8-year-old son over the course of a week. It's about 200 pages as a chapter book. They were ENTHRALLED the whole time. We ended up reading 50 pages on the last night so they could hear the end.The book is funny (even for adults!), engaging, and teaches good lessons. I'm a marketing agency owner and read a lot of books about Marketing and Sales. They Ask You Answer is the best thing I've read on the topics of content and inbound marketing. In about four or five waves, I've bought over 60 copies of this book over the past few months and have been sending them to clients and prospective customers simply because no one has done a better job than Marcus at explaining content and inbound marketing in a way that the average person can grasp.Though the personal success story Marcus tells about saving his dying pool business (and then proceeding to build a giant in that space) is a B2C example, the core strategies and tactics he illustrates are absolutely what B2B companies need to be doing NOW.Marcus takes the marketing concepts that he illustrates in Part 1 of the book and then applies them to Sales and even other parts of an organization in a way that's both easily digestible and actionable. They Ask You Answer should be required reading for any modern CMO, Marketing Director or VP of Sales.

Excellent book and sound advice that goes beyond the content marketing buzzword and focuses on providing value-first advice for people who are doing their pre-purchase research. I especially appreciated the strategies shared for getting the Sales team involved in what it typically viewed as "Marketing's job". The author lays out a great process for winning them over and getting them actively producing content of value to the company's prospects and customers.Note: While I own the Kindle edition, I also purchased the Audible version of the book. I was extremely disappointed in the narrator selected to read the book. The reader's voice sounds dated (like it's book on tape from the 70s or 8)s) and the vocal emphasis seems "off" in many places. The delivery is robotic and patently unemotional. They would be better served to let the author re-record this book in his own voice.

This book is quite persuasive about the need to adopt inbound marketing principles and practices. The case studies were interesting, but there should have been much more research and more case studies. There should have been examples of where inbound marketing has been inadequate and where inbound marketing should be combined with outbound marketing. Also, I think there is too much repetition and verbosity in the explanations and examples. In addition, more information on useful organizations and links would have been helpful. Moreover, I would have liked to see more information about strategic planning frameworks for organizations to use in order to implement inbound marketing.

This is a beautiful perspective. Rather than the typical "pump out more content" advice I read every day, this book is all about helping customers. It gives you one of those "duh" moments where you say, "of course - this is simpler than I thought. If I am producing educational content that answers questions from customers, it will attract people to our company because we're genuinely serving them." This book centers on the idea that *education* and *helping* is the place your content should come from. It's refreshing after reading so many books that focus on vanity metrics like # of likes & shares. There are lots of great case studies in the book, even for companies who are in seemingly-commodity-based spaces.

Marcus is a great teacher and it shows throughout the entire book. I honestly haven't read a book for close to 15 years. I couldn't put this down until it was finished the same day. After finishing, I quickly thought about all of the questions we have had over the years and had a list of over 80 right away. I wrote our first post and had it published within 24 hours of buying the book. I highly recommend that you buy "They Ask, You Answer" and get to work. The book is very easy to read and often humorous despite covering basic physiological processes that drive how we behave. The book is somewhat dated and there has been a lot of research since the book was published, but I could find nothing in the book that is not still true.

Dr. Sapolsky manages to present a vast amount of information in a way that is very approachable and easy to comprehend. I found that reading this book helped me a lot in my physiology and pathophysiology courses. It is a book that I will read again and again and it is just fascinating how he presents the role of stress in many of the chronic illnesses that plague our modern society. I highly recommend this book for everybody as it will change their perspective on stress and our biology. Dr. Sapolsky is an amazing writer and I cannot wait to read his other works.

Sapolsky injects considerable humor into his observations / conclusions and the science behind them. If you enjoyed the quick interchange of the people in that movie, and the love of family through every situation, then this book will bring you hours of enjoyment, too. Robin Alexander gets better and better with each book,with no two stories of her's the same. She can handle a range of storytelling that is not found in many writers. Highly recommend.

I laughed, I cried, & I loved every minute of it. I enjoyed getting to know these characters and partaking in a bit of their lives. Not only are the main characters believable, but also the supporting cast is just awesome. I had no problem envisioning Ethan in all of his different costumes, he's the perfect loveable diva. But I think my favorite supporting characters are Inez & Joe, because they, together, have created a loving & incredibly supportive family. And in this day and age, that is something to be proud of & cherish. Robin Alexander should be very satisfied with her work in this book, I definitely am. I would really love to read more tales of these characters' exploits, they are highly entertaining & I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS BOOK ENOUGH!! I've read several of Ms. Alexander's books, & I've yet to be disappointed. After having read this book, I've decided that either the author has an incredible imagination, or she has hilarious neighbors & excellent people watching skills. Whatever the answer, I hope she continues to write many more imaginatively entertaining tales.

I went through all yhe emotions with this one. I love this author's humor, tenderness, and ability to make each of her books separate. I don't mind the books with all the sequels and back stories, but it says something about the author when she can churn out a great individual book Every time. And yes ladies, she's not afraid to write in great sex! I love you!

I can’t begin to describe how I enjoyed this book full of quirky characters. At some point, while reading in the subway, I got asked by some young fellows whether I was all right –because I was trying to suppress my laugh-out-loud outburst to a point of tears running down my cheeks!It’s a sweet story, it celebrates differences in the context of family, a family that supports its offspring and its union, both the Chases and the Savinos are strong on sticking to and supporting their own. It’s also a sweet self-discovery story. Never mind, the story line is great with full fledged characters, but the telling of it is so totally and incredibly funny and enjoyable. Go for it!

What a wonderful and hilarious story. I can’t help but wonder if Ms. Alexander’s stories are inspired by real life events. That would make for a interesting and laugh-filled life. The cast of characters in this story are a combination of eccentric, nutty and loving bunch. I applaud this author for creating these “get out of your rut” and submerse yourself in laugh-out-loud scenarios. I am a huge fan of Ms. Alexander and I look forward to reading many more humorous stories in the future.

Robin Alexander is my go to person when I want a good book to read. Her characters are well developed, likeable and funny as all get out. I always hate to see them end. This book was no disappointment in the good book category, either. I go back and reread most of her stories, this being one of the ones that makes it into my favorites folder to reread in four or five months. Robin has a killer sense of humor and I love reading along and up pops one of her zingers. It's great!

I'm not very good at writing individual reviews because I tend to accidently give away spoilers and plot points so Ifigured I would write out a generic review instead and save myself the time and trouble. If I am putting this review on abook it means that I found it to be truly exeptional and I enjoyed the journey very much, so thank you to the Author forputting a great story down on the pages.

I am always on the lookout for a new read from Robin. I find her extraordinarily talented. The narrative, characters and dialogue in her books create a world of believable and colorful places and characters as true. Robin brings alive small southern towns and loving quirky inhabitants. I laugh out loud and have tears leak out of my eyes. This is a wonderful romance. Enjoy reading this.
